Grow Big is the result of the unleashed efforts of its founder, Mr. Vinu Narayanan. The journey for a big start like this started long ago, foreseeing a bright and prosperous future. After pursuing his MBA from SCMS Kochi, specializing in Marketing and Finance, he started his journey towards transformation. Later, he worked with Bramma Learning Solutions, Kochi and Smmart Training Consultancies Private Limited to gather experience.
To build his dream firm, he underwent various upgradation and learning programs including certification program from IIM, Bangalore. Taking smaller steps and learning major lessons of importance, Grow Big became a reality in 2017 with its office in Kochi. The major gaps and pitfalls in the fields which he thought he could fill through his strategies was the cornerstone to this initiative.
Vinu Narayanan also believes in the 3P strategy which is to Plan, Prepare and Promote the ideas of firms on a continuous basis. Most of all he believes that only consistency can bring about a change, even though the number of goals are few in number. Both As an individual and as the CEO of Grow Big, he aims in boosting the confidence of entrepreneurs, and also to make them self-sufficient.
